Bukaleba, Uganda - 1996, 1997

Bukaleba is about 25 miles from Jinja on the shores of Lake Victoria.

We stayed in tents for 10 days on each visit. We had clinics at some of the Sese islands (Sigulu, Lolwei, and Buvuma). Over these two years we had some of our largest teams, 23 to 30 people. Over these two trips we saw over 16,000 patients and did many surgeries.

Even though we stayed at the same place , we went to different clinics on each trip.
